Helen Millar has spent 18 years working with global leaders at the point where external achievement meets internal depletion, where strategy runs out and something deeper is required.

She has delivered keynotes and workshops at Oxford, Cambridge, London Business School and Bayes Business School, working with Executive MBA participants and senior leaders across sectors including finance, construction, healthcare, professional services and technology. She has coached founders, C-suite executives and board-level leaders through high-stakes transitions, succession, reinvention and the quiet crisis that often accompanies sustained high performance.

Helen brings a rare combination of strategic rigour and embodied wisdom to her work. Trained in the most demanding disciplines of human communication and presence, she understands what it takes to command a room, move an audience and build trust under pressure. Her background includes advanced study in Buddhist philosophy and religious texts, performance mastery and transformational leadership, and she has founded three successful companies.

Helen is certified by Thomas International across four instruments: GIA, PPA, TeiQue and 360, making her one of a small number of practitioners qualified to assess and develop emotional intelligence at the psychometric level. She is a Platinum Partner with Tony Robbins. Her work has been featured on the Discovery Channel across three continents and in international press. She is the author of work exploring the intersection of faith, leadership and human potential.

Helen speaks and works internationally, with a particular focus on the US market, bringing her framework to leadership conferences, executive summits and podcast conversations at the intersection of human performance and technological change.
