Leadership Development Workshops
Hearty workshops translate emotional intelligence into practical, embodied capacity for leadership teams. Sessions address trust, difficult conversations, communication under pressure, resilience and the internal culture required for high performance over time.
Helen has delivered workshops at Oxford, Cambridge (Judge Business School), London Business School and Bayes Business School, as well as to corporate leadership teams globally. All content is drawn from the HEARTY Framework and tailored to the specific context and challenges of each organisation.
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or integrated into longer development programmes. They are available in-person and virtually, and are suitable for senior leadership teams, Executive MBA cohorts and corporate off-sites.
Elite Coaching
