Emotional Fitness Is the Leadership Edge AI Cannot Replace
Keynotes, consulting and elite coaching for leaders whose external success has outpaced their internal coherence.
Available for keynotes, conferences and podcast interviews across the UK, US and internationally.
The Gap No Strategy Fills
50% of CEOs now believe their job stability depends on getting AI right this year. The research is unambiguous. And yet McKinsey's 2026 State of Organisations report, drawing on over 10,000 senior executives across 15 countries, found that only 34% are truly reimagining their organisations. The rest are deploying AI onto existing structures and calling it transformation.
We are entering a period of profound and irreversible change. None of us can fully predict how it will unfold. But here is what 18 years of working with elite leaders has shown me, and what the data now confirms: the bottleneck is not the technology. It has never been the technology. It is the inner capacity of the leader holding it.
Leaders are not struggling because they lack knowledge. They are struggling because their external success has outpaced their internal structures. The AI era is not creating this gap. It is accelerating it, making it visible, making it urgent. They are functioning, but not grounded. Achieving, but not fulfilled. Leading, but performing with confidence they don't fully feel.
The current landscape is saturated with surface-level training, motivational programmes and off-the-shelf solutions. These may elevate mood temporarily. They do not create lasting transformation.
Hearty exists to address the gap that strategy cannot fill.
What This Work Is For
For elite leaders and C-suite executives who recognise that what got them here will not get them there. Leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, organisational complexity and the pressure of visibility. Leaders who are ready to move beyond performance into genuine presence and sustainable impact.
If you sense something deeper is now required, you are right.

CONSULTING
A developmental partnership for senior leaders and executive teams navigating high-stakes complexity, transformation and questions of legacy. This is not advice from the outside. It is rigorous, applied work within the room, supporting leaders in thinking and feeling more clearly, relating more skilfully, and leading with greater coherence.
ELITE COACHING
Deeply transformational one-to-one work for a small number of select leaders. This is not accountability partnering or goal-setting. It is developmental work, grounded in 18 years of applied practice, that shifts identity at its roots. The environment serves the depth. Leaders who engage at this level are seeking real change, not incremental improvement.

Why This Matters
The world is changing faster than at any point in human history. BCG research shows companies are doubling AI investment in 2026. McKinsey says today's technology could theoretically automate activities accounting for more than half of all US work hours. The pace is not slowing.
This creates pressure. Uncertainty. A quiet unease that no strategy fully resolves, and that shows up most acutely at the top.
The leaders who will thrive are not those who outpace technology. They are those who become more fully human. MIT Sloan research confirms what great coaches have always known: humans outperform AI specifically on contextual understanding and emotional intelligence. These are not soft skills. They are the capabilities that determine how effectively any organisation applies the technology it has.
Inside each of us is an innate capacity that no algorithm can replicate: the ability to connect, to sense what is truly happening, to hold complexity without collapse, to inspire trust in uncertain times. These capacities have been systematically underdeveloped in the relentless pursuit of productivity. Harvard Business School faculty are now calling this inner resourcefulness “Change Fitness”, the new competitive differentiator of the AI era.
